Accomee is AI powered bookkeeping and GST compliance software for Indian businesses. A business owner scans a receipt, uploads an invoice, or records a short voice note, and Accomee reads it, works out the GST split, and posts a properly balanced ledger entry, without any manual data entry.

Accomee is developed and operated by Mee Group, a technology company based in Mumbai and founded by Yash Agrawal. The platform is registered in India and follows all applicable Indian laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the Information Technology Act 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Hi, I'm Yash Agrawal. 20, Mumbai. Founder and CEO of Mee Group, building Accomee alongside SocioMee AI and SlayMee. Bookkeeping was the one part of running a small business that nobody actually enjoyed, so I built the tool I wished existed. Full stack, no co-founder, no funding, every decision here is mine to get wrong or get right. Still early days. Watch this space.

What Accomee Does

Bookkeeping eats up hours every month for small business owners in India. Collecting receipts, typing numbers into a spreadsheet, working out the GST split by hand, and hoping nothing was missed before filing time, can take an entire day every month. Accomee removes that grind.

A business owner scans a receipt or uploads an invoice, and Accomee reads the vendor name, GSTIN, amount and GST split using optical character recognition. Voice entries work the same way, a short recorded note is transcribed, the amount is understood, and the CGST, SGST and IGST split is calculated automatically based on the business's GST rate.

Every confirmed entry generates a proper double entry journal line behind the scenes, so the books stay audit ready without any manual accounting knowledge. Monthly GST summaries, income and expense totals, and input tax credit are all generated automatically, in a format built to hand straight to a Chartered Accountant at filing time.

Accomee supports multiple businesses and GSTINs under a single account, so a business owner running more than one entity can switch between them without juggling separate spreadsheets or separate tools.
